Al-Quds Bard College for Arts and Sciences is a distinguished academic institution that combines creative thinking with effective action. It is dedicated to liberal arts education, aiming to enhance students’ abilities on personal, academic, and professional levels. Established in 2009 through a dual-degree partnership between Al-Quds University in Palestine and Bard College in the United States, it is the only institution in the Middle East that offers a dual-degree in liberal arts.
Al-Quds Bard College offers generous scholarships that cover a significant portion of tuition fees for eligible students. More than 80% of AQB students benefit from scholarships or financial aid throughout their studies.

A two-year English-taught program starting in Palestine, with the option to complete the second year in Germany and earn a Master's degree from Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf (HHUD).
Full scholarship for the first year

Eligibility criteria
Undergraduate Program Requirements:
High school diploma (Tawjihi) with an average of 80% or above, or an equivalent qualification (SAT, IB, GCE, etc.)
Applicants with an average between 72% and 79.9% may be considered based on an interview
Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Graduate Program Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum average of 70%
Very good proficiency in English
Successful completion of an admission interview
For the Master’s in Teaching Methods Program:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, English Literature, General Science, Biology, or History with an average of 70% or above
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in schools
Proficiency in English
Successful completion of a bilingual (Arabic and English) admission interview depending on the field of specialization
