<p>Atlantic Fellow is pleased to offer a number of <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Fellowships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">fellowship</a> opportunities for 2024 to leaders who have the courage and commitment to the area of health equity. This is a one-year <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Fellowships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">fellowship</a>, which had been designed to bring together the many diverse industries and professions that influence health and well-being including, but not limited to: art, law, business,&nbsp;journalism, social enterprise, research, media, housing, and health care delivery.&nbsp;The program will build and support a group of global, multidisciplinary leaders equipped with the technical knowledge, skills, and network to advance health equity in their organizations and communities.</p>

<p>To be eligible for this fellowship, you should be:</p><ul><li>Want to become global leaders in the elimination of health disparities.</li><li>Early to mid-career.&nbsp;</li><li>Currently engaged in health-related work.&nbsp;</li><li>Currently in leadership or a position that has potential for leadership.&nbsp;</li><li>Value diverse perspectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Enjoy working in groups.</li><li>Proficient in the English language.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Please note: The program will select 15-20 fellows per year.&nbsp;</p><h3>Application Timeline:&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>February 15, 2023: Application opens</li><li>March 9, 2023: Informational webinar</li><li>April 10, 2023: Application closes</li><li>June 2023: First round of applicant interviews</li><li>July 2023: Second round of applicant interviews</li><li>August 2023: Applicant acceptance notifications go out&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Selection Criteria:</h3><p>You will be evaluated based on the following criteria:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Strength of statement of interest, including past accomplishments that demonstrate a strong commitment to health equity&nbsp;</li><li>Quality of project proposal&nbsp;</li><li>Strength of recommendation&nbsp;</li><li>Letter of support from the employer&nbsp;</li><li>Result of interview(s)&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>About Atlantic Fellows:</h3><p>Atlantic Fellows are thinkers and doers with innovative ideas and the courage, conviction, and capacity to bring lasting and meaningful change to their communities and the world.
