تمنح زمالة تشيفنينج لإصلاح سوق الطاقة لكبار المسؤولين والمحترفين من قطاع الطاقة في الصين الفرصة لقضاء ثلاثة أشهر في دندي كزميل زائر في تشيفنينج. تُقام الزمالة في مركز سياسة الطاقة والبترول والمعادن (CEPMLP) بجامعة دندي. يتم تمويل البرنامج من قبل وزارة الخارجية والكومنولث والتنمية البريطانية.
سيحظى الزملاء بفرصة قضاء بعض الوقت في جامعة دندي لمدة ثلاثة أشهر للعمل على مشروع بحثي محدد يدعم الأهداف الأوسع للحوار بين المملكة المتحدة والصين في مجال الطاقة، كما تم الاتفاق عليه مع المشرف الأكاديمي لبرنامج CEPMLP. يتم توفير الوصول غير المقيد للزملاء إلى الفصول الدراسية والمحاضرات والندوات التي ستغذي مجال البحث الذي اختاروه، بدعم من المشرف الأكاديمي طوال مدة زمالتهم. في وقت المقابلة، سيتم مناقشة البحث المقترح للمرشح مع أحد أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة دندي.

الأهلية
لكي تكون مؤهلاً للحصول على زمالة تشيفنينج لإصلاح سوق الطاقة، يجب عليك:
- أعتزم العودة إلى الصين في نهاية فترة الدراسة.
- الموافقة على الالتزام بجميع المبادئ التوجيهية والتوقعات ذات الصلة بالبرنامج.
- - أن يكون حاصلاً على مؤهل على مستوى الدراسات العليا (أو ما يعادله من تدريب مهني أو خبرة في مجال ذي صلة) في وقت تقديم الطلب؛
- - أن يكون لديه خبرة مهنية كبيرة وذات معنى (5 سنوات أو أكثر، موظف حاليًا أو مسجل حاليًا كمرشح دكتوراه (يجب ألا يكون الدكتوراه من جامعة في المملكة المتحدة/الاتحاد الأوروبي أو الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية)؛
- لا يحملون جنسية مزدوجة حيث تكون إحدى الجنسيات بريطانية (بخلاف الرعايا المعفيين من هذا الشرط المدرج في إرشادات تشيفنينج للمتقدمين)؛
- Not be an employee, a former employee, or relative of an employee of His Majesty’s Government, or have been within the last two years from the opening of Chevening applications (including the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, all British Embassies/High Commissions, the Home Office, the Ministry of Defence, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the Department for International Trade and the UKVI), the British Council, a sponsoring UK university, or a staff member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
Additional conditions:
- Applicants who have previously received financial benefit from an HMG-funded scholarship or fellowship, are eligible to apply after a period of 5 years following the completion of their first HMG-funded award and are required to demonstrate their career progression from that point;
- Employees, former employees, or relatives of an employee of Chevening Partner organisations are eligible to apply, but if the employment took place within the last two years, you cannot receive a Chevening Partner Award from the organisation from which you work, previously worked, or are affiliated with through relatives.

Eligibility criteria
- Intend to return to China at the end of the period of study.
- Agree to adhere to all relevant guidelines and expectations for the programme.
- Hold a postgraduate (PG) level qualification (or equivalent professional training or experience in a relevant area) at the time of application;
- Have significant and meaningful professional experience (5+ years, currently employed or currently enrolled PhD candidate (PhD must not be with a UK/EU or USA university);
- Not hold dual nationality where one nationality is British (other than for nationals exempt from this requirement listed in the Chevening Guidance for Applicants);
