Duties & responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with National Ozone Officers (NOOs) across 13 South Asian countries to plan and implement project activities.
Develop scopes of work and Terms of Reference (ToR) for non-government partners and consultants.
Prepare annual progress reports for the Multilateral Fund Secretariat and Project Completion Reports (PCR) for individual and multi-year projects.
Conduct regional and country-specific policy research to support evidence-based environmental policy development and advocacy.
Assist countries in updating national policy frameworks related to the implementation of the Montreal Protocol.
Prepare and monitor Project Cooperation Agreements (PCA) and assist NOOs with the submission of progress and expenditure reports.
Eligibility criteria
Must be a national of a country OTHER than Thailand (Strict International assignment rule).
Hold a Master's degree in Environmental Policy/Law, Science, or Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in policy analysis, project management, or environmental monitoring.
Fluent in English (Required).
Strong technical knowledge of ozone-depleting substances, climate change issues, and energy efficiency alternatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with private sector and government authorities in a multicultural environment.
