Opportunity description

The Estonian Government, via the Education and Youth Board (Harno), offers a prestigious scholarship for international students pursuing Bachelor’s (limited fields), Master’s, or Doctoral studies at accredited Estonian universities.
This partially funded scholarship covers a tuition fee waiver (full or partial depending on the program), along with a monthly stipend of up to €660. The program aims to promote global academic exchange and attract outstanding students to Estonia’s innovative and digitally advanced education system.
