Opportunity description
The American University of Beirut (AUB) announces a set of fully funded scholarships for the year 2025-2024 in Lebanon for Masters and PhD students from the MasterCard Foundation.
Benefits
These scholarships will be fully funded to cover all expenses of master’s and doctoral students accepted for the scholarship.
Eligibility criteria
Master’s scholarships target:
- Citizens of African countries.
- Citizens of Lebanon.
- Refugees living in Lebanon or on the African continent.
PhD scholarships target:
- Citizens of African countries.
- Refugees living on the African continent.
Scholarship admission criteria:
- Good academic standing in previous degree.
- Commitment to returning home and benefiting your community, country and region.
- Must have leadership skills.
- Commitment to attending all additional educational experiences and workshops required by the Scholars Program.
- You must not be more than 35 years old.
- Ready for University Study in English by 21 April 2024.
