The The Asia Foundation offers a valuable opportunity to join the U.C. Berkeley LeadEx Fellow program, an international fellowship designed to support and implement leadership and exchange programs in collaboration with University of California, Berkeley. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in an international environment, where participants engage in program coordination, event management, and collaboration with global networks of leaders and professionals.

Role Details

  • Support the selection and onboarding of global fellows, managing visa processing and travel arrangements.
  • Help in organizing both virtual sessions and in-person summits, including events based in San Francisco.
  • Coordinate logistics like accommodation and program scheduling.
  • Draft and edit program materials, reports, and communications.
  • Aid in running social media campaigns, newsletters, and outreach initiatives.
  • Engage with alumni networks and document the program's impact.
  • Facilitate application cycles and promotional efforts for 2027 programs.
  • Prepare financial and administrative documents as needed.
