The TWAS-DFG Cooperation Visits Programme, presented by the German Research Foundation (DFG) in partnership with the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (TWAS), offers a unique opportunity for postdoctoral researchers in MENA countries. The program funds a three-month visit to a research institute in Germany for the purpose of initiating scientific collaboration and establishing long-term partnerships.

Eligibility criteria
- PhD obtained no earlier than 2021, exceptions for female applicants (Extended by 2 years for each child up to age 6 if the researcher has 3 or more children)

- At least five years involved in the scientific system within MENA or sub-Saharan Africa.
