Duties & responsibilities
Reporting
Manage donor reporting processes
Prepare and submit high-quality donor reports
Compile SitReps, Annual Reports, and briefing materials
Ensure compliance with donor reporting standards
Partnership & Donor Engagement
Maintain reporting trackers (SharePoint & FIORI)
Support donor missions
Ensure donor visibility requirements
Media Monitoring
Support daily media monitoring outputs
Eligibility criteria
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
International Development
Business Administration
Communication
Journalism
Or related field
Nationality Requirement
Candidate must be: A national of Malawi or a legal resident or hold refugee status in Malawi (This is a National UN Volunteer position)
