Fundacja Centrum Aktywności Twórczej (CAT), based in Leszno, Poland, is offering an international volunteering opportunity for young people through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme. Volunteers will work with children and young people by organizing educational, cultural, and recreational activities while promoting intercultural learning, cultural exchange, and youth engagement.

Duties & responsibilities
- Organize educational workshops for children aged 5 to 14 years.
- Deliver activities that introduce participants to different cultures and traditions.
- Prepare educational presentations, performances, and theatre activities on social and environmental topics.
- Organize geography, culture, and knowledge-based competitions and activities.
- Participate in sports and recreational activities with teenagers.
- Represent the organization during local events and community activities.
- Support the organization of youth camps, workshops, and special events.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- Interest in working with children and young people.
- Ability to work effectively within an international team.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and openness to different cultures.
- No previous experience is required.
