The Swedish Institute offers a unique opportunity through the Global Leadership Program 2026 in Sweden, aiming to integrate sustainability into corporate strategies and enhance leaders’ capacity to drive sustainable transformation within their organizations. The program includes online training modules and a field week in Stockholm, bringing together around 100 executives from 24 countries to share experiences and engage in global peer learning.
Program Details
- Includes interactive workshops, seminars, and coaching.
- Participants develop a Strategic Business Project focused on sustainability.
- On average, participants dedicate 3-4 hours weekly to program activities.
- Opportunity to engage with Swedish companies and sustainability experts.

Eligibility criteria
- Applicant must be a CEO or executive director in a medium or large company
- Ability to drive strategic changes within the organization
- citizen and resident of an eligible country, including countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and some Eastern European countries participating in Swedish Institute programs.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Age 30 years or older
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
