Duties & responsibilities
Develop and design graphic materials including posters, flyers, brochures, infographics, and document layouts for reports.
Work closely with programme teams across thematic portfolios to visualize their concepts, ideas, results, and outputs.
Translate technical or narrative programme information into clear, visually compelling communication products.
Ensure all products adhere to UNDP corporate branding guidelines, maintaining consistent typography and color schemes.
Develop design drafts, refine them based on feedback, and deliver both print-ready and digital-optimized formats.
Prepare 10–15 finalized graphic products and provide final editable source files (AI, PSD, INDD, PPTX, etc.).
Eligibility criteria
Possess professional experience in graphic design, designing document layouts, and visual communication products.
Have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Fluent in English (Required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with strict attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback constructively.
A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is an asset (but not mandatory).
