Grant for Startups Valued at €25,000 from Mindbox

DB Mindbox is excited to announce the 5th startup program in the field of Human Resources and a grant opportunity valued at EUR 25,000 for the startups and other innovators. This 100-day signature program gives startups the chance to customize and live-test their solution to the real challenges that Deutsche Bahn (DB) is facing. This year, it focuses on solutions that help tackle the challenges of remote work situations as well as solutions to make learning accessible for all employees. This is your great opportunity to lay the foundation for joint projects and successful long-term collaboration with Deutsche Bahn AG, Europe’s largest mobility and infrastructure provider.

• Provide smart solutions that ensure continuous learning in all professional groups at DB.

• Remote work involves not only benefits but also several challenges that did not exist before. Help DB mindbox to address these challenges to provide an appealing working environment.

If you get this opportunity, you will have:

Please note: There is no additional financial support for teams that have high travel or accommodation costs.

You should follow the following terms:

1. You should at least have an MVP or first prototype of your product or service ready so that you can achieve results that can be assessed after 100 days.
2. Your team must have at least two people in order to participate.
3. Your startup must be a registered company in order to be eligible to receive the EUR 25,000.
4. Make sure to hand in a pitch deck that addresses the use case (not a general investment or sales pitch deck).
5. If you feel that your innovative product or service will add value to DB but does not fit one of the use cases or challenges listed, you can send a general application.
6. You are not required to be in Berlin at all times, depending on the business unit you are collaborating with.
7. You should be on-site for live events like pitch day, midterm presentation, final presentation, and portfolio day.

Timeline:
