Eligibility criteria
You should follow the following criteria:
- The IMBA competition is open to anyone aged 18+ residing anywhere in the world.
- Companies (for-profit or non-profit), organizations, and individual entrepreneurs, managers, and teams or divisions within organizations are all eligible to enter from all over the world.
- Company Sizes:
- Micro-sized businesses: less than 10 people and have an annual turnover of not more than €2 million.
- Small-sized business; less than 50 people and have an annual turnover of not more than €10 million.
- Medium-sized businesses: less than 250 people and have an annual turnover of not more than €50 million.
- Large-sized businesses: 250 people or more and have an annual turnover of over €50 million.
- Only digital submissions are permitted and image files must be a minimum of 1000 pixels on the longest side, 72 pixels/inch and saved as .jpg, in RGB format, and not exceed 4MB per file.
- You may enter the same entry into as many categories as you see fit.
- You can also submit as many entries, in as many categories, as you like.
- All business achievements should be not more than 5 years old.
- After payment has been made, entries cannot be altered.
- Once a submission fee has been paid, there are no refunds provided.
- Participation fees: 375,00 €.
Please note: Winners will be announced 4 to 6 weeks after submissions close.
Judging Criteria:
Depending on the category the juries are looking for excellence and outstanding achievement in one or more of the following areas:
- Business performance including financial performance, profitability, growth, and market share.
- Business strategy.
- Impact.
- Leadership excellence.
- Customer service excellence.
- Digital and technological innovations.
- Creativity.
