Opportunity description
The competition is organized by LensCulture, a photography magazine based in Netherlands.
The competition is open to all photographers over the age of 18.
There are 6 categories:
• HUMANITY (series): Identity, People, Portraits, Interactions, Groups, Cultures and Sub-Cultures
• STORYTELLING (series): Documentary, Reportage, Fictional Narratives
• PLACE (series): Urban, Landscape, Street, Architecture, Interactions
• ART/EXPERIMENTAL (series): Fine Art, Experimental, Alternative Process, AI interventions with Original Photography
• MONOCHROME (series): Black and White Photographs of Any Genre
• MOMENTS: single images of any genre
You may submit a single photo only in the MOMENTS category. For all other categories, submissions must be in series (in this case, your series should work as a group, thematically or aesthetically, and consist of 5–15 photos).
Entry fees
In the MOMENTS category, you can submit one photo for free. Each additional photo in this category requires a fee of $10. For all other categories, the submission fee is $45 per series.
Prizes
Discovery of the Year Photographer (1 winner): $5,000 cash + $5,000 MBP equipment credit.
Category Winners (6 winners – 1 per category); $2,000 for series winners, $1,000 for the Moments winner.

Eligibility criteria
The competition is open to all photographers over the age of 18.
Submissions must be in series of 5 to 15 photos, except for the MOMENTS category which allows a single photo.
Participants must pay the appropriate entry fees for each category.
