Duties & responsibilities
Conduct open-source research on assigned human rights topics or incidents using publicly available information.
Prepare short weekly summaries of 1 to 2 pages highlighting key findings, trends, and sources.
Assist on emblematic incidents and thematic monitoring priorities with research on human rights violations.
Eligibility criteria
Hold a Master's degree in Human Rights, Political Science, International Relations, or related disciplines.
Have a strong background in human rights, humanitarian work, and crisis management.
Possess experience analyzing social media feeds and other open-source platforms for information gathering.
Demonstrate proficiency in qualitative research methods and data analysis.
Have strong public speaking skills in English and Arabic.
Be familiar with creating data visualizations.
Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
Be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
