The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor in the Sultanate of Oman and in partnership with Udacity platform, presents the "Makeen" program. This initiative aims to attract Omani talents, assisting them in acquiring the necessary skills in entrepreneurship and freelancing, along with enhancing their technological capabilities. The program is set to train 4200 Omanis in relevant fields.
The Makeen Nanodegrees Program is a fully funded scholarship aimed at upskilling Omani nationals in the four required technical disciplines:
1- UX / UI Designer.
2- Business Analytics.
3- Data Fundamentals.
4- Front End Web Developer .
The scholarship provides learners with the opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and prepare to work independently, as well as broaden their knowledge of the latest market trends through an exclusive interactive learning experience.
