Opportunity description
Moth Magazine announces its online nature writing competition, which aims to encourage writers to write about and celebrate nature. This award is given annually to unpublished prose or poetry entries that combine exceptional literary merit with the writers' connection to the natural world.
Benefits
- The first place winner will receive €1,000 and a week at the Circle of Misse in France
- The second place winner will receive 500 euros.
- The third place winner will receive €250.
Eligibility criteria
- Anyone over the age of sixteen can apply for this competition as long as their work is original and has not been previously published.
- The number of words should not exceed 4000 words.
- The registration fee is 15 euros per entry, knowing that you can participate in any number of entries you wish.
