United Nations Volunteers programme is offering an Online volunteer opportunity: Mapping active Volunteer and Non-Governmental Organizations in Jordan.
Duration:
4 weeks / 11 - 15 hours
Duties & responsibilities
- Search for active VIOs and NGOs, validate their existence, provide brief information about their work areas and programs, and contact details.
- The mapping document is expected to include 2 lists for VIOs and NGOs with the above-mentioned information in an organized excel sheet.
- There will be regular communication via Zoom and email to discuss matters relating to your task.
UNV Jordan will generate a certificate of appreciation for the selected volunteer by the end of the assignment.
Eligibility criteria
Required experience:
- Experience in searching, mapping and identifying similar information.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the region will be considered a distinct advantage.

- English, Level: Fluent, Desirable
