United Nations Volunteers programme is offering an online volunteer opportunity: Research & Data collection on Talent Acquisition Sources in South Sudan.
Duration:
2 weeks / 16 - 20 hours
Duties & responsibilities
- The Online Volunteer (OV) will play a crucial role in gathering information about talent acquisition and existing high-reach platforms in South Sudan.
- The Online Volunteer (OV) will develop assessment research on the
- Professional Associations, Government bodies, and Volunteer involving organizations working with persons with disabilities in South Sudan
- Existing platforms on social media (e.g. FB/ LinkedIn groups/X) and on the web (e.g. recruitment platforms) which are active and have a high reach of volunteering assignments seekers,
- Employment and volunteering assignments fairs taking place in Somalia with a special focus on those related to PWDs,
- Recommendations on methods to reach youth, women, PWDs, and potential candidates to join the UN.
- Preferred language/s and mode of disseminating information
- Research with the mentioned elements above - PowerPoint presentation on the key findings of the research.
Eligibility criteria
Required experience:
- Strong online research skills to efficiently gather information from various sources and databases.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the list.
- Effective written communication skills to present the data and findings in a clear and organized manner.
Languages:
- English, Level: Fluent, Required
