United Nations Volunteers programme is offering an online volunteer opportunity: Social Media & Events Assistant.
Duration:
12 weeks / 6 - 10 hours
Duties & responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Curate and create engaging content for UNFPA Iraq's social media platforms.
- Implement and manage social media campaigns to promote UNFPA's initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies for increased visibility.
- Event Management:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events.
- Manage social media content during events.
Eligibility criteria
Required experience:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for organisations.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling and shareable content.
- Innovative approach to social media strategies and event concepts.
Languages:
- Arabic, Level: Fluent, Desirable
