Scholarship Overview
UNMISS (United Nations Mission in South Sudan) is seeking 2 Online Volunteers to support Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) activities within its Human Rights Division.
The role supports structured collection, verification, and organization of open-source data related to conflict events and human rights violations. The outputs will contribute to analytical tools and the preparation of the half-yearly human rights report.
This is a 12-week remote volunteer assignment aligned with SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.

Eligibility criteria
Minimum age: 18 years

Understanding of human rights monitoring principles
Fluent English (Required)
Availability for 16–20 hours per week for 12 weeks
