Online Volunteering Opportunity with the UN: Help Women and Girls Education Scholarship (WAGES)

The United Nations Volunteers Program is offering an online volunteer opportunity in fundraising for the Women's and Girls' Education Scholarship (WAGES).

The volunteer will work with a Community Development and sustainability Organization (CDS)in Kenya that plans to use online fundraising platforms effectively and in order to have better strategies in raising funds to support Women and Girls Education Scholarship (WAGES )Kenya.

• The Online Volunteers will work with the program director and provide advice on developing a fundraising strategy. They must have strong teamwork skills and a passion for women and girls' education. All meetings and communications will be done via zoom, google meet, WhatsApp, and email exchange. Online Volunteers will not submit funding requests on behalf of the organization or solicit any kind of fund from third parties.
• The Online Volunteers should have strong proficiency in managing and/or have experience with non-profit online fundraising platforms.
• The Online Volunteers will advise Organization on how to use the chosen fundraising platform effectively and guide it in developing the fundraising strategy.

Applicants have to be committed Online Volunteers and who have teamwork, strong communication, and fundraising skills or prior experience will be an added advantage.
