Duties & responsibilities
Assist the team in effective liaison and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of programme activities such as workshops and training courses.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of evaluation reports and consolidate feedback.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of projects by tracking indicators and documenting lessons learned.
Contribute to communication and visibility activities, including drafting web stories and brochures.
Support the preparation and organization of expert missions and technical meetings.
Assist with the translation of relevant project documents.
Provide general administrative assistance including drafting minutes of meetings and organizing files.
Eligibility criteria
Must be a national, a legal resident, or hold refugee status in Tunisia.
Must hold a Bachelor degree in law, criminal justice, public administration, international development, political science, or a related field.
Must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support, programme coordination, or project assistance.
Must be fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
Must possess strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Must have the ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively within a team environment.
Must be proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
