Duties & responsibilities
Support implementation of the Project M&E Plan and align it with the Theory of Change and Results Framework.
Collect, verify, and maintain baseline and periodic indicator data in line with RBM Minimum Standards.
Conduct regular field monitoring visits to debris management sites to document findings.
Compile quantitative and qualitative monitoring findings to contribute to progress and donor reports.
Maintain the Indicator Tracking Table (ITT) and support evidence preparation for audits.
Ensure project compliance with UNDP RBM minimum standards and update information in Quantum/Quantum+.
Support the design and implementation of surveys, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews.
Act as the secretariat for the project Grievance Response Mechanism (GRM).
Eligibility criteria
Must be between the ages of 18 and 80.
Must be a national, legal resident, or hold refugee status in the State of Palestine.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in M&E, data collection, and performance reporting.
Native fluency in Arabic and working knowledge of English.
High proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in Kobo/ODK, Power BI, or database tools considered an asset.
Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
