Opportunity description
UNV offers a volunteer opportunity, it is looking for 3 passionate online volunteer/s who under the guidance of the Programme Specialist (digital Education) will support platform work by reviewing and testing content for the Learning Passport. It aims to enable continuous access to education for children, youth, and teachers around the world.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Review content and ensure it works properly on the platform.
- Adapt/ edit content for performance improvement in low to no-connectivity settings.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
Please note: The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the Learning Passport team at UNICEF and learn about the ways in which Digital education is scaled.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Experience working in digital content esp video.
- Knowledge of downsampling video tools such as FFmpeg, VLC, HandBrake, MEncoder, and OpenShot.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- English, Arabic, and French languages.
- Ability to work 11 - 15 hours per week.
