The Workshop Dubai invites you to a light, uplifting and fun creative art workshop with the artist Renu Sarah Thomas entitled; Spontaneous Creative Art For Well Being Workshop. It will be conducted on April 18, 2023, and it has been designed to give you the confidence to create. As, all participants will witness stress and tension release through this workshop.

About the Instructor:

Renu Sarah Thomas is the founder of Art Speaks. She is a registered Art Psychotherapist (British Association of Art Therapists - BAAT) and Lifestyle Coach with experience in introducing and conducting programmes that promote the personal, social and emotional wellbeing of individuals in Dubai, India and Scotland. She is a self-taught artist and she passionately encourages others to pursue some form of creative expression, and live on purpose.

  • You must be over 13 years old.
  • The class will be conducted in English.
  • Workshop participation fee: 250 AED (All materials are included).
