The TESIECS Intra-Africa Mobility 2026 scholarship is a fully funded opportunity supported by the European Union in collaboration with leading African universities. It aims to support postgraduate students and academic staff in developing their research and professional skills in the field of sustainability and environmental change.
The program allows participants to study or conduct research at different African universities, gain international experience, and build a strong academic network across the continent.

Eligibility criteria
- Open to postgraduate students (Master’s or PhD) or academic/administrative/technical staff at an African university
- Must meet the admission requirements of the host university
- Commitment to participate in the academic mobility program within Africa
- Preference for applicants interested in: sustainability, climate change, and environmental solutions
- Priority is given to: women, underrepresented groups, and persons with disabilities
