The University of Winnipeg offers a partially funded scholarship for graduates which aims to provide all students have equal access to higher learning. This President's Scholarship for World Leaders (Graduate) is given to international students entering a University of Winnipeg graduate program for the first time. You must have a minimum 80% admission average or equivalent and must be involved in activities that demonstrate leadership.

Eligibility criteria
You must meet the following criteria:
- Have a minimum 80% admission average or equivalent.
- Be an international student.
- Entering the first year of any program.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities.
- Qualifying year or Pre-Masters students do not qualify.
Please note: The President's Scholarship for World Leaders will open in January 2023 for applicants starting in Spring/Summer 2023, Fall 2023, and Winter 2024.
