Opportunity description
UNV offers a volunteer opportunity in translation and interpretation for documents related to humanitarian response priorities in Syria. It needs two online volunteers to translate these documents from English into Arabic in one week.
Duties & responsibilities
Two (2) online volunteers will be responsible for:
- Translate a document of 30 pages from English into Arabic using SDL Trados and deliverable (full package + TM+ word document).
- the first one to translate
- the second one to proofread
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Use of SDL Trados Studio 2019 or less.
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic, Level: Native language.
- Ability to work 1 - 5 hours per week.
