Opportunity description
UPWARD Gallery is an online art platform dedicated to supporting contemporary artists and giving their work global exposure. The gallery allows artists to create personal profile pages to showcase their artworks, biographies, artist statements, and links to their websites or social media, as well as feature their projects through the gallery’s digital exhibitions.
The Urban Life competition is a juried art exhibition that explores city life through artistic expression. It invites artists to submit works that capture urban culture, movement, human interaction, architecture, and the contrasts of modern city environments. All mediums are welcome — painting, photography, digital art, mixed media, crafts, and more—as long as the work reflects the urban theme and avoids explicit political or offensive content.
Benefits
Winners receive artist interviews published in UPWARD Gallery’s digital and printed editions.
All participants receive a digital certificate, while winners and honorable mentions receive special recognition.
Winning artworks are featured in the gallery’s print and online exhibitions.
Promotion of selected works through the website and social media channels.
Artists retain full rights to their artworks, and any sales inquiries go directly to them.

All visual art mediums are accepted: painting, drawing, photography, digital art, mixed media, crafts, etc.
