King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre (KSrelief) is offering Volunteer Program to participate in Voluntary Project to Combat Blindness in Republic of Sudan.
Goals of this Campaign:
- Health education and raising awareness about preserving the eye and protecting it from various diseases and their complications.
- Perform surgeries.
- Alleviating and eliminating the suffering of families who are unable to provide the price of operations.
- Activating the role of volunteers and building their capacities to volunteer in the fields of humanitarian work.

Duties & responsibilities
Volunteers at KSrelief work in a number of departments, performing assigned tasks in required specialties:
- Ophthalmic consultant
- Ophthalmic specialist
- Operation technician
- Optical technician
- Nursing specialist
Eligibility criteria
- Must either be a citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or a legal resident of the Kingdom for more than five years for general volunteering
- Must be medically fit to perform assigned volunteer work or any other work assigned to them
- Must exhibit proper conduct while volunteering for KSrelief
- Must not be younger than eighteen (18) years of age, or older than sixty (60) years of age for general volunteering
- Must abide by the principles and policies of KSrelief
- For specializations, must be properly licensed to practice the profession for which you are volunteering (for work that requires a specific license from the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
- The applicant's qualifications and relevant experience shall match the requirements of the work for which he/she is volunteering.

About King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre (KSrelief):
KSrelief is the Kingdom's international humanitarian and aid channel through which you can provide your volunteer services with high level of performance. KSrelief is interested in training and empowering volunteers to the benefit of the local and international communities; the center's volunteer program also aims to achieve one of the Kingdom's “Vision 2030" goals of building a culture of volunteerism in Saudi Arabia. The Department of Volunteer Programs at KSrelief is interested in providing the appropriate environment for volunteering, whether through internal assignments at the center or volunteer assignments outside the Kingdom.
