UN Volunteers platform is offering an online volunteer opportunity, as UNICEF U-Report Iraq
is looking for a volunteer would support the U-Report team in the design of digital flyers and posters for U-Report Iraq.
U-Report is a platform designed to empower the youth in Bangladesh and around the world to speak out on issues that they care about in their communities, encourage citizen-led development and create positive change. U-Report allows citizens to speak-out on what is happening in their communities, provides a forum to amplify their voices through local and national media, sends alerts to key stakeholders about the issues their constituents are facing, and feeds back useful information to the U-reporters, so they are empowered to work for change and improvements in their localities themselves. To date, U-Report has been active in over 50 countries around the world.
Volunteer duration and working hours:
6-10 hours per week for 6 weeks.
Duties & responsibilities
they will also support in the design of four posters and flyers for printing.
Eligibility criteria
- Arabic Language Skills
- Graphic Design. A degree or training in graphic design is preferred but not required.
- The volunteer must have the necessary licenses for graphic design software.
- Experience and Portfolio
