Duties & responsibilities
- Listen to community opinions on Telegram groups.
- Report the results of the community listening on the platform.
- Conducting desk research on the barriers Ukrainians face in accessing social, educational, and health services in Romania.
- Writing interactive content for the Ukrainian community on social media.
- Translate, and adapt communication materials.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Previous experience in community listening and digital engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in editing, proofreading, or translation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with technical terminology related to child protection, health, education, and emergency response.
- Work experience with international organizations.
- Fluent in the Ukrainian language.
- Proficiency in English.
- It is preferred that you have a working knowledge of the Russian language.
