United Nations Volunteers programme is offering a volunteer opportunity in Palestine: Administrative Assistant.
Duration:
7 months
Duties & responsibilities
- Collect relevant data from various sources such as spreadsheets, and reports.
- Review collected data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
- Prepare reports, tables, and working papers based on analyzed data.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist to obtain Specification for proposals and quotations and sent emails to request quotations to vendors.
- Assist in keeping record of all procurement documents for reference.
- Follow up with staff to complete their mandatory trainings.
- Perform other duties as required.
Eligibility criteria
Age: 18 - 26
Nationality: Candidate must be a national or legal resident of the country of assignment.
Required experience:
- 1 years of experience in Administration, logistic, procurement or related field
Languages:
- Arabic, Level: Mother tongue, Required
- English, Level: Fluent, Desirable
Required education level:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
