- Arrivals Terminal at Dubai Airports (22/04/2024 to 25/04/2024)
- Departures Terminal from Dubai Airports (26/04/2024 to 29/04/2024)
- Hotels (20/04/2024 to 29/04/2024)
- The match venue at the Officers Club of Dubai Police (24/04/2024 to 27/02/2024)
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out a number of the following tasks:
- Roles and tasks of volunteers at the airport:
- Welcoming, receiving, and bidding farewell to participants and athletes from arriving delegations.
- Guidance to available transportation options.
- Responding to inquiries related to the event.
- Roles and tasks of volunteers at the hotels:
- Welcoming and receiving participating delegations and athletes.
- Facilitating their check-in process.
- Responding to their inquiries regarding the event.
- Supervising transportation to and from the hotel/club.
- Roles and tasks of volunteers at the stadium (Dubai Police Officer Club):
- Welcoming and receiving participating delegations and athletes, providing necessary support.
- Greeting and assisting visitors and spectators.
- Assisting in organization efforts.
- Managing spectator stands.
- Supporting the technical and organizing committee.
- Operating entry gates for spectators and security gates.
Eligibility criteria
You must follow the following criteria:
- The program is open to 710 volunteers.
- Participation is available to both genders.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- The age required is from 17 to 60 years.
- There are no restrictions on the nationality of the participants.
- Participation is available to all nationalities.
- Commitment to the official or sports uniform according to the tasks.
- Your data and documents should be up to date in your online profile - as follows:
- Personal Photo (official + white background)
- A copy of Emirates ID (from both sides - front and back)
- A copy of a valid passport
- A copy of the unified number (for citizens)
- A copy of valid residency documents (for residents)
Note: Having volunteers who speak various languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Filipino, Indonesian, Urdu, Persian, Korean, Russian, etc., would be highly advantageous. “if applicable”.
