Tashkeel is pleased to announce the launch of a workshop entitled; Collagraphy, and invites you to join for an artistic adventure that delves into the intricacies of collagraphy under the instructor's guidance, Ali Al-Ali. The workshop will start with an insightful introduction to this type of art through thoroughly demonstrating the used tools and materials. The creative phase unfolds as participants move their ideas onto the plates, thoughtfully navigating the intricacies of light and shadow. Materials are cut and arranged, giving rise to different textures and forms and showcasing participants' creativity in tangible form.

- Time: 2 pm - 6 pm
About the Trainer:
Ali Al Ali holds a High Diploma in Aviation Sciences from Emirates Airline University. After a successful decade-long career as an Emirates pilot, his diverse background led him to pursue a career in jewelry design and visual art. In 2021, he received his professional designer certificate from HRD Antwerp in partnership with Dubai Design Academy. In 2022, Ali joined the Emirates Fine Arts Society and pursued his interest in printmaking collagraph artwork at the Sharjah Art Institute. His innovative jewelry designs have garnered recognition, including two Ebda’a Awards where he was placed first in the pearl design category and second in Emirati design. He is currently collaborating with Ceska Mincovna, a Czech company specializing in creating commemorative coins.
