BSL is registered in the state of Qatar and was formed under a joint venture agreement between British multinational defense, security, and aerospace company, BAE systems and Doha-based strategic Aerospace Services LLC in order to provide the skilled resources and innovative defense solutions required to support its customers and the Qatari armed forces.
