About the organization

Kurdistan Young Leadership Program is a multi-cultural and national platform for bringing together +200 youths to experience a week-long leadership development program; providing a platform for dialogue to experiment with new perspectives, with an intensive series of trainings in Public Policy, Leadership, Peace and Coexistence, Arts, Climate Action, Gender Equality, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. The content of the forum focuses on a specific theme which is discussed and chosen collaboratively with the kylpers in an effort to meet the participants needs. The program aims to create a just and fair society in Kurdistan, where women and men equally participate in and benefit from opportunities. It works to enhance young leaders’ abilities to accomplish greater social impact through their inventions and innovations in order to create a one united body to develop their community and make their dreams come true.
