About the organization
OUT.RA, founded on January 15, 2009 is a non-profit association, strictly non-partisan, and totally focused on promoting an alternative culture, bold and enriching.It operates with its headquarters in Barreiro, a mythical and mythical land of unequaled identity, for which OUT.RA strives to contribute, either by the program itself or by the places that it seeks to open to the city through its programming, with special emphasis In the communities of good memory existing in the Municipality and in the areas of patrimonial value (historical, architectural) not always known to the general public.
