Qudra online Workshop: Working Together for Youth Employment in the response to the Syrian and Iraqi crises. Youth-led protests have shown that unemployment is not only an economic concern for individuals, but a challenge that strikes at the core of social and political stability. COVID-19 has exacerbated the already precarious economic situation of many of the refugee-hosting countries bordering Syria. This is a society-wide challenge. Employers, schools, training providers, and of course the government, must work hand-in-hand to make sure that young people get the best possible start in their careers.
