Women Career

A couple of years ago, Jane Egerton-Idehen set up a forum in an organization where females could work together to promote more females to remain in the organization. But more importantly, to support each other in developing and growing our careers. Once every quarter, a senior female executive in her organization dials in by video conference to support with career advice, by sharing their experiences or discussing relevant career topics.
