Opportunity description

Zain company requires enterprise Product Owners Team Member for SME at Amman, Jordan. You will Assist the company through this job in developing and implementing marketing plans for the SME market, that aim to customer acquisition, and value extraction for corporate products in the assigned segment (Postpaid, Prepaid, cloud solutions and others), through conducting market and competitor intelligence activities, researching potential products and services based on international trends and innovative services, and designing marketing communications material to translate ideas to concerned parties.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. You must have a commitment to Excellence.
  4. You must be able to make Reports.
  5. You should have the spirit of initiative.
  6. You must have promotion techniques.
  7. You should have the skills of research and data Gathering.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Performing market and competitors research in the SME and SOHO Market as well as forecasting analysis, collecting data about this market segment preferences, demands, and penetration strategies, in addition to researching and analyzing competitors’ products, services and offers to understand Zain’s position in that market.
  2. Making insights about new products, services and offers that can service the needs and boost acquisition for SME sector potential products based on international trends and innovative services.
  3. Providing sales team and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding the Zain’s business marketing products and services.
  4. Visiting clients, partners and collecting feedback about the project’s performance, results, issues, and concerns, then communicate client’s feedback with the concerned departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  5. The capability of building lead generation campaigns for selling existing services. 
  6. Assisting in the communication material and advertisement requirements to MARCOM team for SME and SOHO segment and dedicated products and services, in addition to the selection of the advertisement, media channels, and material. 
  7. Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) periodically, and developing periodic reports which include KPI results, sales, revenue, gap analysis for targets and result, highlighting risks and opportunities and building plans depending on that.
  8. Following up and finalizing agreements with services and sales partners with commercial input.
  9. Extracting customer feedback and requirements in SME segment from touchpoints; customer care and sales departments, as well as other external sources, and utilizing from this feedback in improving products and service levels and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  10. Participate in preparing financial business models for new products which include the analysis of financial aspects such as break-even points, expected revenue, marketing costs, in collaboration with the Pricing and Business Intelligence function. 
  11. The building, calculating and evaluating commission structure for SME sales force. 
  12. Assisting in developing concepts for new products, services, and offers’ initiatives, which include a description of its characteristics and requirements, and then communicating them to concerned parties. 
  13. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
