The capacity of young leaders in areas related to communal governance (participatory democracy, monitoring and analysis of public policies, monitoring of the work of municipal councils) will be built through specialized universities and under the supervision of specialized trainers, with the aim to enable beneficiaries to acquire the appropriate knowledge and skills.

Priority will be given to associations with activities having a social dimension that take into account one of the following domains: community leadership, social and economic rights of youth, environmental development, education, sustainable development, culture, and ensuring the integration of women's representation.

Selection of the Participants:

Participants will be selected in three stages:

  1. Stage 1: Applicants will fill out the application form and answer all the questions with clear and simple language.
