Ecommerce and Marketing Paid Internship For Tunisians in UK

Erasmus Intern is offering an internship opportunity for Tunisian French speakers in the UK in the field of Ecommerce and Marketing. As selected candidate will be working within this award-winning rug retail company. Mentored throughout, you will be involved in all aspects of online sales including online merchandising, data analytics, sales performance measurements, performance reporting, trend analysis, marketing including SEO, content, real-time social media activities and translation, to offer the best customer experience and maximise potential in the French marketplace

Internship duration and working hours:

Full-time for 6 months.

Eligible candidates:

1. Passion for ecommerce
2. Working towards a business, marketing or data driven degree or similar 
3. Good verbal and written communication skills 
4. Customer service or sales experience a bonus 
5. Confident with social media marketing
6. English command: Independent User B2

Internship duties:

1. Translate from English into French to ensure commercial, SEO, PPC and Partnership strategies are executed in the French market and are on brand and effective
2. Analyse and report on sales performance and help build strategies to improve sales growth 
3. Give personalised interior advice reactively and proactively to customers through various communication methods, such as phone calls, live chat, email, and social media
4. Manage real-time social media comments and engagements, helping to build communities and deliver a real time, personalised experience to customers
5. Highlight areas within the customer experience that would benefit from automation or investment to better customers experience and offer solutions and ideas for consideration
