Internship Opportunity as a Front Officer at Marivaux Hotel in Belgium

Hosco is offering internship opportunity of 3 to 6 months as a Front Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparation of Check-Ins, responding to Emails, responding to Telephone requests and do all related works.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Check-Ins
2. Check-In
3. Control of Check-Outs
4. Check-Out
5. Guest relations
6. Responding to Emails
7. Responding to Telephone requests

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Fluent in French!
2. A second language (English, Dutch or German) is an advantage.
3. Ability to work on the basis of a "Convention de stage" school-contract. 
4. The willingness to integrate into a "culture of excellence" 
5. Reliability and flexibility
6. Motivation and initiative
7. Positive attitude in general
8. Good communication skills 
9. Ability to integrate into a highly motivated team

Benefits:

1. There is a sleeping possibility in the hotel.
2. Monthly salary € 500.00 net (+ bonus up to € 250.00 net per month according to performance)
3. Meals and possibility to use sport facilities off peak
