Opportunity description
United Nation is offering an Internship Opportunity in Graphic Design. Tha applicant should have Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different national and cultural backgrounds to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in drafting and producing graphic material designing and communication content.
- Creating design products, such as infographics, and other visuals for campaigns, publications, conferences, events and meetings, in accordance with UN design standards and policies
- Assistance in editing and creating design layouts for briefs, film videos, mix sound and audio-visuals
- Working on web-presentation
- Compiling statistics
- Attend Human Resources Management meetings and other events

Education:
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (Bachelor’s level or equivalent)
- Have graduated with a university degree , if selected, must commence the internship within a one-year period of graduation.
- Degree or study in the field of design/graphic design or relevant fields is preferable.
Period:
- Interns work five days per week (37.5 hours)
- This internship is for four months, with an opportunity for extension up to six months.
Languages:
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- Knowledge of an additional official UN language is an asset. Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish
