Tesla Company is offering a full-time internship opportunity as a product specialist in Hanam, Republic of Korea.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing an expert educational experience for customers who come visit the Tesla retail store. Product Specialist works mainly on the sales floor, and handle all walk-in store guests, identify their needs, provide them with information on products (Model S, Model X and Model 3), answer their questions and educate any prospect customer about the benefits of driving electric. The Product Specialist position requires someone that is personable, lively, influential and hard working. An implicit responsibility of the Product Specialist is to conduct educational conversations on both EV vehicle and charging methods and conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that represents the Tesla brand. The Product Specialist is a suitable position for someone at the beginning of his/her career, with only a short successful sales experience and who wish to build a career in retail, willing to learn and be part of a global brand. 

Responsibilities

1. Welcome all walk in guests, answer questions and manage the customer's Tesla experience in the most positive way.
2. Enthusiastically educate all customers and fans about the electric driving experience.
3. Implement all operational policies and procedures introduced by your store manager in order to satisfy the needs of the costume.
4. Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner at all times when communicating with others both inside and outside the company.
5. Assist customers with purchases of apparel and keep inventory full and neat.
6. Provide high quality customer service to the existing Tesla owner community and encourage referrals.
7. Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• In-store retail sales work experience, restaurant, department stores sales, hospitality business is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage efficiently with customers.
• Business level in English a plus but not required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
• Previous experience in automobile is a plus but not required.
