Internship for Egyptian Students in the Field of Space Science and Technology from the Egyptian Space Agency

The Egyptian Space Agency - in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education represented in the cultural affairs and missions sector - announces the availability of an internship opportunity for students of Egyptian government universities in some international space institutions abroad during the summer vacation 2021 for a short term in order to develop their capabilities and weight their expertise in the field of space science and technology.

Available Specifications:-

• Electrical engineering (communications - power and machines - control and measurements - electronics - computers)

• Mechanical Engineering (Production - Power).

• Mechatronics engineering.

• Aerospace engineering and aviation / spacecraft.

• Navigation and space technology.

Requirements and Conditions:-

• Not older than 22 years old when traveling (Summer 2021).

• The student must be enrolled in an Egyptian public university.

• The student must be enrolled in the (third) pre-final division of the college for the academic year (2020/2021).

• The student must be outstanding in his/her studies and has a grade of ‘Very Good’ at least.

• The student must have a GPA of at least 3.2 in the previous years (each year separately).

• The student must be fluent in written and spoken English.

• The student should not hold any other nationality with the nationality of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

About the Egyptian Space Agency:-

The Egyptian Space Agency is an Egyptian public economic authority established in August 2019, with a legal personality and affiliated with the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Established by the Law No. 3 of 2018 which aims to create, transfer space technology development, localization and own self-capabilities to build & launch satellites from Egyptian territory.
