Erasmus Intern is offering an internship opportunity in Project Management. Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision and by the use of digital tools for project management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Languages: English: Independent User B2, Italian: Basic User A2
- Level of Studies: Master

General information:
- Duration: 6 months
- Commitment: Full-time
You will learn how to:
- Check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources
- Setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and Timelines for tasks in accordance with the needs.
- Manage the project which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
- Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
- Implement any necessary changes throughout the process
- Report regularly to management and the donors
- Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage tasks with partners by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
